Give

I see you

Your eyes
I hear your voice
Your desire.

I respond.

We speak
We share
We find
Kinship.

Give me your
Heart
The one and only
Precious gift
Assuring love
Unbound.

I give you my heart
Assuring balance
Harmony
Love everlasting.

For in you
In this world
I now know love.

In you
I know love
Eternal.

This World

I view this world
Not as my home
Only a place to visit.

I am a lonely tourist
On a strange world.

I know my origin
But since I have
Neither kinsman
Loved one
Or friend
With which to travel
I want only to return home.

Soon those of this world
Will themselves destroy
This world once so beautiful.

They wish not to learn.
In their arrogance
In their pride
They believe they know
All.

On a path of destruction
They travel
Believing
All is well!

Or

That someone will render salvation
From themselves.

Sadness
Sorrow
Pain
Suffering
Death
Are the rulers of this world.

To my origin I wish to return.

Enjoy!

Voice Without Words

You sit calmly
In the midsts of passing people
Embracing your voice
Caressing it in your arms
Then, softly
You begin to speak.

You have a lot to say
So you beckon
Gently you beckon passers-by
To share your heart
Your world of marvels
Your world that words fail to express
Your heart
Yea your soul
Being poured out
Yet you welcome any willing to listen
To hear
To feel
To share your world.

I listen
I hear
I feel
The beauty of your world
And deeply
I am touched
Now, I am rendered
Wordless
Yet I understand.

The voice of your guitar
It speaks to my heart
My soul.

Another world has been opened
Opened for all willing to
See
Hear
Experience.

It is marvelous
Wonderful!

Bloody...

"He came at night
Exposed my body
Got on top of me
Touched me
Bit me
Sucked and swallowed
When he was satisfied
He left
I was hurt

Bloody mosquito!"

Life and Love: Sensuality Part 2

You know
You understand
Love and Sensuality
Are not
Separate
They are
One.

To touch
To be touched
To caress
To be caressed.

Fingers gently flowing through your hair
Smelling the soft scent of skin
Listening to soft sighs
Of love
And...

Alive

As I sit listening to music that embraces my soul
I am at ease
Peace reigns

Per chance
With fingertip
I brush my nose
Catch the scent of lingering aroma
Once again
Investigate.

The scent
Distinct
Yet
It
With music
Takes me
Takes me to a place
A place I thought I knew.

Euphoria!

I am Alive!

Life and Love: Sensuality Part 1

I see you across a crowded room
You, by some form of intelligence
You sense my eyes
My attention is on you.

You turn and look into my eyes
As if I had called your name
And smile with a warmth that assures.

With you
With you alone
I know love.
Not only love physical
Yes, love in balance.

You do not take away from my life
You add to my life.
You balance me
Both in the world physical
And the world spiritual.

You are beauty
To my eyes
To my heart
To my soul
To my spirit.

You are truly a gift of the Universe.

NOTE:
The above is a dream, a desire of mine.

To Dream

With heart broken
My will all but broken and gone
On beds edge I sit
Wanting to dream.

Longing for the escape to happy days long ago
Or to dream of things that may
Even to dream of places beyond the realm of home.

To awaken anew
Refreshed
Rested, not only in body and soul
Yea, of spirit as well.

To have drifted carelessly for what seems a moment
Yet for that moment
Another life I have lead
For that moment
I dreamt
And I was free.

Duende

The following was written in February 2007.  Not one of my favorite times.

What is duende?
I am duende
Acknowledged?
Yes.
Of true value?  I see none.

I speak with others as myself
On occasion I queery
Why do I occupy flesh?
Why this planet and not another?
Why a place where I am valued not?

I am observer, not the observed
Student, not teacher
Wisdom gathered throughout ages past
No value here.

Have I gathered wisdom for ages and places to come?

Be thou patient duende
Thou art of value to those whom know thee best
Those not of flesh in this world
Find the comfort ye seek
Yea, that thou needest
In communion with thy true family.

Peace is always found in your true home.
